4 boneless chicken breasts or thighs
1 lb baby potatoes, halved
2 cups carrots
2 tablespoons olive oil
2 tablespoons Golden Kosher Salt
Juice of ½ lemon
Preheat oven to 400°F.
Toss the chicken and vegetables with olive oil and Golden Kosher Salt.
Spread everything on a baking sheet.
Roast for 35–40 minutes until the chicken reaches 165°F.
Finish with fresh lemon juice before serving.
2 ribeye or sirloin steaks
2 tablespoons butter
2 teaspoons Garlic Herb Sea Salt
1 teaspoon olive oil
Pat steaks dry and season generously.
Heat a skillet over medium-high heat with olive oil.
Cook 3–5 minutes per side (depending on desired doneness).
Add butter during the last minute and spoon over the steaks.
Rest for 5 minutes before serving.
4 salmon fillets
2 tablespoons olive oil
2 teaspoons Citrus Kosher Herb Salt
Lemon slices
Preheat oven to 400°F.
Brush salmon with olive oil.
Sprinkle evenly with Citrus Kosher Herb Salt.
Top with lemon slices.
Bake for 12–15 minutes until flaky.
1½ lb pork tenderloin
2 tablespoons olive oil
2 tablespoons Himalayan Herb Salt
Preheat oven to 400°F.
Rub pork with olive oil and coat evenly with the seasoning.
Roast 25–30 minutes, until the internal temperature reaches 145°F.
Rest for 10 minutes before slicing.
